sunterra premade burgers

sunterra

Can I recommend Sunterra’s premade beef cheddar salsa burgers?

There, I just did.  Along with roasted potatoes and sweet potato fries (that I did not make into mush, thanks to Rachel), that was dinner tonight.   The burgers were piled with mushrooms and spinach sauteed in garlic and olive oil.

I am writing an article and have a work deadline and our poor dinners are not getting the attention they deserve.  Last night we ate take away from Lemongrass Cafe (curry chicken, ginger beef, salad rolls) which is perfectly fine, but not in my ideal, eat local, eat well fare.  Plus that meal for three cost a whopping $41, which does not help with The Austerity Plan.

Such is life, huh?  Roll with the punches.  But a treat:  Top Chef is on in 64 minutes!

Oh, lemongrass cafe… I miss that place! The banana leaf salmon! The red apple curry!
