For lunch today: grilled avocado, red onion and cambozola cheese sandwich on ciabatta bread. 

Avocado will never ever be local, unless I move to Mexico.  But I buy them for a treat on rare occasion.  Cambozola cheese is a combination of Camembert and Gorgonzola.  You may not believe me, but a thin slice of this in a grilled panini nestled up to some slivers of red onion and fat chunks of avocado – yum.
