a market bounty

The City Market in Edmonton is such a treat.  It runs only May to October, and is held outside on two downtown streets. 

We hauled our youngest kid there in his red wagon, and stocked up on:

  • Duck eggs and multi-coloured carrots from Green Eggs and Ham
  • A goat cheese and baby tomato filo pastry from the Queen of Tarts.
  • A whack of herbs (mint, big leaved basil and cilantro) from Inspired Gardens.
  • Yummy buttercrunch chocolate from Sweet Lollypolooza.
