meat on a stick (deluxe)

It is hot here.  Very hot.  Like +29 in the house.  So we did not dare turn on the oven or the stove. 

So it was a barbecue bonanza, like this:

A.  Marinated sirloin steak, yellow peppers, red onion, and mushrooms
-marinate steak cubes in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dry mustard, brown sugar and salt and pepper

B.  Watermelon Salad
-this one is from my aunt – cubed watermelon, red onion, splash of balsamic vinegar

C.  Brushetta
-chopped tomatoes, red onion, arugula, basil, lots of salt, pepper, splash of olive oil, grate parmesean cheese on top.  The key is to brush the baguette pieces with olive oil before adding the topping.
