lemon dill pork chops

My husband is a pork chop and potato kinda guy.  This afternoon I was at a meeting, so I prepped some pork chops for him to barbecue.  That guy does know his way around a barbecue. 

Here’s the marinate.  Forgive my loose recipe.  I could not find the proper recipe, so this is from memory.

Lemon Dill Pork Chops

In a baggie, put:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dijon mustard
zest of one lemon
juice of that same lemon
fresh dill

Throw pork chops in.  Marinate for at least 4 hours.  Barbecue and eat.  (We had with roasted potatoes and broccoli with cheese sauce.  Very 1970’s, I grew up in Sherwood Park kind of dinner.  Hey wait.  We both did grow up in Sherwood Park.  No wonder).
