menu planning, week of June 16

Mon – (mike and sue out to slow food event) – kids only – spaghetti, tomato sauce (garlic, ground beef, bacon)

Tuesday – sausage on bbque, rice, red peppers/artichoke hearts

Wed – (no kids) – fish from billingsgate, pasta, green beans

Thursday – moussaka, crusty buns

Friday – ginger chicken with noodles

Sat – (out with dallas/sonia) – nachos and quesadillas for kids

Sun – (no kids) – chicken skewers, various appetizers

 

The menu is built around who is at home for dinner.  When I say ‘no kids’, that means Isaac and Ella are at their dad’s.   Even if Mike and I go out for dinner, I have to cook for said children…usually they get perogies.  My kids tell me that Monday is spaghetti night, and they love Mexican food, so I mix it up a little bit for them too…
