g's hummus

Here’s what I want to know:  Who is G?  And why is his/her hummus so darn good?  In fact, it trumps all other hummus I have eaten, hands down.   It is perfectly chunky and garlicky and lemony.  G, you know how to make good hummus.

If G stumbles upon this blog, please let us in on your secret identity.  Are you from Edmonton?   Is it G’s Hummus?  Or Gs Hummus?  I was thinking maybe G didn’t have an apostrophe for the label – hence the Gs.  (I’m an apostrophe fiend).

Since you need pita if you have hummus, I am happy to announce that Planet Organic and Bon Ton Bakery now carry Happy Camel pitas.  Coupled with G’s hummus – all is right in my world.
